Please read the other 1 star reviews before booking. This office aggressively pushes unnecessary treatment. In my case they refused a routine cleaning because minor gingivitis "required" a special treatment which was not covered by my insurance. Stay away this is aggressive bordering on fraud
Make sure to ask if the particular dentist you are seeing is “in network” if you only ask if they “accept your insurance” they will say yes and you will only learn of in network status when you get a large bill. Why the practice doesn’t offer information like: “yes we accept your insurance, but some of our dentists are not in network providers” is beyond me. I am so grateful to the whole team for getting me in yesterday for an urgent assessment, radiographs, and a restoration. They fit me in on their day that was already full with patients and took excellent care of me and my teeth. It's great to know that we are in good hands and that they are so accommodating when unexpected things happen.
Dental offices have a professional and ethical responsibility to verify insurance and inform patients of coverage gaps before providing services. Unfortunately, if you don’t do your due diligence with Dental Town, you will end up paying $$$$ out of pocket.
