One of the best on Washington, DC!
After calling ahead of time to ensure and clarify I would be seen by a female provider (I have diagnosed PTSD) I was still scheduled to be seen by a male provider. When I arrived, I again clarified, and they neglected to tell me an error had been made until halfway (30 minutes) through the appointment. I was told I could “be seen by a male provider for the exam or come back another day”. I asked how this could have happened since I called a few times to double check. Finally I have found a dental office where everyone is top notch in their profession. Everyone from the very competent doctors, to the assistants, to the front desk assistants are beyond kind with their smiles and warm nature. I seriously would not consider going anywhere else!
I had a wonderful experience! The team was so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend, and will be attending again.
