I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dental Town DC, specifically due to their billing and office management, which ultimately led me to stop care with this practice altogether. I was dealing with illness and contacted the office in advance regarding my appointment. Despite notifying them before the appointment time, I was later told I would be charged a $150 “cancellation/no-show” fee — even though I did not fail to show and explicitly communicated that I could not attend due to being sick. Horrible Experience, the Dentist preformed a root canal on the wrong tooth claiming he could do the work of an endodontist. I was still in extremely pain so I returned to the office. The dentist explained there office preformed the root canal on the wrong tooth and used up all of my insurance allotted amount. Even though they did the root canal on the wrong tooth I had to pay out of pocket for the correct tooth to have a root canal. I verified that my bill was paid in full at the time of service.
