I wish I had read the reviews. I truly regret that. It is a scam. Completely. They charged me upfront for my cleaning and when i inquired with my insurance they informed me they never received any claims from this dentist and my insurance covered the cleaning. I called the office and was told i was going to receive a refund and a month later, still no refund OR claim filed with my insurance. This is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL!! Stay away. I posted once before and it was a positive for dentist, but negative for staff. Having visited recently, they have new front office staff, and Dr Pena is fantastic and so I am back, and carrying a 5 star rating for office. The one hour wait times are gone
Coming to Miami Beach Dental was the best thing ever that happened to me . My Dentist is the BEST ! And the Assistants are excellent and very knowledgeable. All the staff is very nice ! . I highly recommend them. This place is all about to make you feel YOU are in the right place. Courtesy, knowledge and very neat place.
Dr. Pena is the best. Kind, caring and an exceptional dentist.
