My son had a consultation with Dr. Hall today for wisdom teeth extraction. Aesthetically the office is nice and clean, all staff seemed to be working deligently and were attentive to the patients at the front desk. When taken to the back, the assistant that took us to get X-rays for my son prior to seeing the doctor was amazing. Very clearly has knowledge in her field and knew how to talk to and treat the patients very professionally (I made sure the doctor and her both knew in person how great she was). My appointment was on time. Lisa took X-rays and explained what she was doing. Dr Broderick was detailed on the procedure and made sure that any questions were answered. My only negative is that there is a 3% up charge if you use a credit card which I feel should be mentioned when you book the appointment not after you arrive.
