I don’t often leave a review; however Dr. John Thousand and his team deserve the highest regard for the care, knowledge, and performance they exhibit with each patient as if you were their own family member. There are so many people entering the dental field. Dr. John could teach a master class on dental expertise and developing patient trust. His staff are exceptional and should be recognized for their loving care. Thank you for making my experience SO comfortable. Many Blessings to you all!
I was told my Consultation was going to be $160. However, after checking out of my office visit, my bill was $444! I was told the additional fee was for X-Rays that should have been available from my referring Dentist. Unfortunately I was never told that this was not part of the consultation fee. This was very disconcerting and totally unexpected. I need to get dental work done, but I would advise / assume that X-Rays will be at a cost over and above the Consultation fee, and do not expect advanced warning to this additional... read more
It was an outstanding experience with the entire team at Dental Specialists of NF, namely Dr. Romani and Carmen, his assistant. Passionate and dedicated to his craft, Dr. Romani was deeply determined to support our needs, and he had the most wonderful demeanor throughout the process. Miss Carmen was poised, upbeat and efficient before, during and after the procedure. We are deeply impressed and assuredly recommend the practice.
My son was referred to this office for a tooth extraction that was to complicated for a general dentist to do. We had a consultation with Dr. Romani about the procedure and what it entails. Dr. Romani and his staff were very caring and professional. My son has some anxiety things he is working through and Dr. Romani made him feel very comfortable having this procedure done.
