I had a great experience thanks to the people at Southdale Dental Associates. The hygienist, Lauri, and dentist, dr. Gearhart, both did a great job with prophylaxis and comp oral evaluation. My dental visit today went surprisingly well. Why surprisingly you may ask? Simply because the Hygienist Ann immediately informed me that the Dentist I would normally see was unable to come in today. Ann quickly informed me that if anything warranted further professional consideration, another Dentist could be called upon. I said that sounds perfectly acceptable. I called and said I think I lost a filing in one of my front teeth. You were very helpful and got me in the same day and fixed the problem.
Dr. Meta and his wonderful staff quickly identified and resolved an issue that came up on short notice. Prompt, courteous and very professional. A very high standard indeed!
