All of the staff are super nice, comfortable atmosphere also. And they are handling this Covid 19 situation like pros!!
I have always been impressed with Dr. Garchow's professionalism and his staff is SO friendly, they take time to make you feel welcome. The billing is always done correctly and appointments are on time. I have been a patient for many years and plan to continue!
I appreciated the doctor's listening to my concerns and helping me to understand the options available to me. I also appreciate the smiles and kindnesses of all the personnel from the time I walked in the door until my appointment was completed and I walked out the door.

I was treated carefully during my entire regular cleaning to make sure that I would not be in danger of contracting COVID-19. My temperature was taken (remotely) as I entered. My hygenist wore a face mask, face shield, gown and gloves throughout the treatment. No power tools were used which might fling a virus into the air if present. I felt comfortable that Dental South is taking every precaution as they continue to perform necessary oral care.
First time in since the Coronavirus and they did a great job at taking precautions. I felt safe the whole time. Great job by the hygienist on cleaning my teeth.
Received courteous and helpful service since I have Parkinson's and have trouble walking and with balance. I was treated with respect.
I have been going here for almost a year. The staff is great. Dr. Garchow takes excellent care of his patients. The staff also follows the COVID guidelines for the safety of their patients and their own safety.
