I started going to Dr Garchow’s office after a few years without any dental visits at all and it’s my favorite office I’ve been to. Julie, the hygienist I’ve seen on both visits, is kind and has helped me feel good about my teeth as well as taught me ways to take better care of my dental health. Very happy to get in on short notice, highly professional service. I have been a customer for ten or more years and have always been happy with all work that I needed performed.
The experienced hygienist made me comfortable through what is not a "fun" time. Knowing that I gag easily, she took x-rays in an efficient manner. She also gave me an option for polishing, which I appreciate. Dr. Garchow is knowledgeable about my teeth, having done my dental work for many years. He listens to me and he answers my questions to my satisfaction.
This office is so friendly. The staff are kind and know all the insurances inside and out. Which is so helpful and comforting to know what your charge will be. I'm excited to have found a family dentist that is close and knowledgeable.
Sarobi never disappoints, she is so efficient and does a great job of cleaning my teeth. She was extremely careful with Covid-19 precautions. I always enjoy catching up on what's going on in the lives of her family.. Dental South follows Covid-19 protocol flawlessly. The office is clean and all of the staff is friendly.
Had my first visit at Dental South and I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was very nice. The doctor was very concerned with my concerns and set forth a action plan. Wish I would have came here sooner.
I've been coming here for about 6 months after putting my dental needs on the back burner. From the first exam to the consultation I was very pleased. They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything is upfront and completely explained. All of the work I've had done went perfectly. They are the best! Highly recommended!
