They were right on time with my appointment. Took care of my teeth and I was on my way. Communicated to me what they were doing inside my mouth at all times and I felt relaxed while in the chair.
We just had our first visit and the staff was great! They were warm and friendly. Thank you for great service.
I have been a patient here since 1992. I feel like I am going back home to visit family! Everyone there makes you feel comfortable, and they are very kind. To be honest with you I love seeing the ladies, they are welcoming. Then the lady that has cleaned my teeth today is gentle, works with compassion. I have been a patient of Dr. Garchow for over twenty years. Robin has been my hygienist almost as long. They are both kind, friendly, and gentle and do excellent work. Dr. Garchow is always honest about what work can wait in order to make the best use of my dental insurance. The office staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a dentist.
I had to have a tooth extracted (UGH) and everything went better than anticipated. I experienced very little pain or inconvenience during and after procedure.
