I was in a lot of pain. Office got me in right away. When I left they let me know they were there if I needed anything. Thank you!!
I was really shocked at how thorough Dr. Garchow was, such a big difference from the last Dentist I went to, I completely recommend him to anyone that really wants a Dentist that cares more about his patients then about how much money he can make off of you, and the staff were just as good, really nice people.
The office girls were great, helping wade through my insurance forms. The treatment was timely and future options were explained very well. Straight answers and alternative treatments were explained forthrightly. Great service from great people!
My fear of dentist is not as bad as it was when I walked into this office... New to the office in a emergency painful molar breaking I didn't know what to expect, what I recieved was very nice office staff, and a very gentle and nice dentist that was calm, and reassuring which made me more relaxed and able to stay calm. Thank you for fixing my tooth, and being a nice dentist.
I like this dentist. It's a small office, and I feel comfortable there. They don't pressure me into treatments.

I saw Dr. Andersen for an emergent root canal. the office and Dr. Andersen went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my urgent request and were very flexible with scheduling. Dr. Andersen and his wonderful assistant (sorry I don't recall her name)made the entire procedure painless. I absolutely detest needles and when Dr. Andersen was adminsitering the anesthetic his assistant continued to gently tap me on the shoulder to distract me from the needle.
