The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The Dental assistant was very friendly and the the Dr. was as well. This was my first visit and it was informative. Plan on going back to finish my dental plan.

Right from the get-go everyone was super nice and down to earth. They explained everything to me and worked with my insurance. They gave me all the options to fix my teeth and I couldn’t be happier to return again. Thank you for making me comfortable.

After changing my insurance provider, I needed to find a new dentist. I was lukewarm about my experience at previous dentist offices in the area, and was hoping that my first experience at Dental South would surpass my expectations. Let me say this, my expectations were certainly exceeded! Prompt response time when calling the office, easy online appointment, confirmation, and quick booking times. I’m glad I finally found a dentist office in the Grand Rapids area that I can trust!
I had to switch to a new dentist for insurance purposes. The staff was extremely friendly from start to finish. I wish I would have switched sooner.
