They're front desk staff really need a few lessons in customer service
Very pleased here. My daughter had a cleaning yesterday and had to get a filling. I explained she is leaving for college Sunday and they got her in today to get it done before she leaves
Worst dental practice ever. Staff are rude and dentist only wants to upsell you. Disgraceful!
I experienced very bad service today, when I was scheduled for a procedure and the front desk told me that they needed pre-approval and I would have to wait 3 weeks. It turns out that after I called my insurance, no approval was needed. I am left without the important procedure being done and several weeks of time wasted. Dental Solutions wasted my time and is not concerned with patient satisfaction. Please let me know what will be done to make up for this terrible experience?
