Used up all my benefits, had filling break. My benefits was confirmed to cover all work to be done and I ended up having to pay and all the work was not finished. My teeth hurt way more after going to the dentist. I have a hole in one tooth that was never addressed, I feel pain everyday now! Every appointment I was scheduled for was rebooked. Very disappointed would never recommend.
