The lady at the desk is warm and nice, my hygienist was so pleasant and the dentist is excellent! I definitely recommend this place.
They have parking in the back, which is usually unheard of on Mass Ave in Cambridge. The office is very clean and very organized with check in, etc. The staff are all friendly and the Hygenist Jamie is great. I am glad I found them and that they they take my insurance.
I do not recommend this clinic to anybody. I have had a very bad experience with these guys. I requested an estimate in advance and was informed by the help desk that I'm completely covered by the insurance, then they sent me a bill of value $820. I've wasted 3 hours on calls with them and I've been asking for their office manage. I was informed 4 times (each time I called) that the office manager will call me back. Dr Babo, Lady, and all the staff at Dental Services in Cambridge MA are amazing -- professional, responsive, kind and expert I recommend highly without reservation for great dental preventive and treatment care
Candace and Dr. Babo were as pleasant, efficient, gentle, and knowledgeable as always. The front desk administrative team was also very friendly and easy to communicate with, and were understanding when I called to tell them I was running 10 minutes late. Looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months!
This is the best dentist! Highly recommend Candice in particular!
I would like to have that hygienist with all my dental needs. She was very courteous and helpful
