Everything went well with my last visit with Maureen. She will be dearly missed as I've been a patient of hers for God knows how long? Maureen leaves for Phoenix at the end of October, and will be truly missed; Dr. Zach (my first time with him) showed great patience and skill in tracking down a mild tooth tenderness that had no visible cause, and used new tools (an electronic measurer to see if the tooth and/or its neighbors might possibly be dead. Happily, it was just a matter of a slight shift in my bite!
Once again I received a positive experience during my recent appointment at Grillo Dental. The Grillo team is comprised of knowledgeable and professional individuals who create a caring and sensitive environment for patients. Due to their thoroughness during my visit (for a cleaning, X-rays and examination), a serious problem was identified. From the front staff to the doctors, this is an excellent practice! Truthfully, I have lived all over the country and have had my share of experiences. Grillo's office has been THE BEST! I highly recommend them....friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic.
Always the best, squeeze (squoze?) me in at last minute to fix my tooth and dealt with a change in my dental carrier that was happening at same time.
The Grillo team was on top of their game, as they always are!
The entire staff is always very nice as well as professional. The office is state of the art and located in a convenient location in beautiful So. Windsor. Highly recommended.
