Had my first cleaning with Ann Marie and exam with Dr. Robert Grillo. They were both warm, thorough, and genuinely interested in my dental health. The office is extremely clean and modern, and everyone was very welcoming. It appears they have the latest dental technology available. Would love to see a senior discount on fees for those over 65.
The doctors and staff are the most pleasant people you will ever meet. They really do their best to make you comfortable. Also, I like how they are very transparent about cost ahead of appointments.
I just had my initial visit with Dr. Zachary Grillo and staff, and I am extremely impressed. The office is extremely friendly and easy to get to know. Having spent the last 14 years with the now retired Chairman of the UCONN Dental school as my previous dentist, Dr. Grillo is equal to the task. I felt at ease the minute that I met him. If you are looking for a place where everyone is friendly, professional, considerate, excellent at what they do, come to Grillo Dental. I have never experienced a place where the team complements each other to make a client feel welcomed, appreciated and knowing that they are excellent at what they do, I feel grateful that I found them.
After having a cleaning with Ann-Marie, she noted a couple of spots that needed attention. Lee took additional pics and Dr. Zachary agreed and asked when I would like to proceed. I said yesterday, and five minutes later Dr Zachary and Sue jumped in and the work began. Not only a minor patch job but also the decision to update a suspicious cap. No problem! I have been a patient of the Grillo family since their days in East Hartford from the early ‘80s. I would never think of going to another dentist. The treatment and care that this staff provides is exceptional. If someone is new to the area (South Windsor) or just looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend contacting Grillo Dental.
