I started getting my teeth pulled at the beginning of the year all my teeth are now out everything is paid for up to date an still don't have my dentures or even temporary ones this is now November 7 an still no dentures in my mouth I would say don't go to pitt denal

I specifically attend the Center for Patients with Special Needs. I am autistic, I cannot handle a dental visit without anesthesia and sleeping through it. The folk here have given me the power to attend dental visits without anxiety, without meltdowns cause by sensory overload, without getting overwhelmed by things that I cannot control. All of that said, the one thing I wish they would change is the music in the waiting room. They are supposed to be my primary dentist, but they couldn't care less about my welfare or comfort as a patient. Not only do they have a ridiculous system of emergency appointments where you have to call at 7.30am and book an appointment for the NEXT day, the calls always go to voicemail and when they return your call they say they had a high call volume, and they are already booked out, and you need to try calling again the next day. It can be time consuming but they give best possible care. I got a root canal and core build up. I have to get more work down. With my cognitive disability they explain the finicial obligations. I have get a crown and crown extension also due to my health issues. They have done excellent job get my crown covered under a BLE. I may stay with them due to how they got me approved for dental care
