"Dr. Ankur Khanna should be barred from practising dentistry in my opinion. Used to sell periodontal/deep cleaning everytime I visited instead of a routine cleaning as the former is expensive than the later and he gets his commission too. Lately, he was trying to upsell an implant after breaking a tooth of mine during treatment. Instead of being apologetic he put the blame on me for mishandling my teeth. I would NOT recommend Ankur Khanna or Malek Korkis at this practice to anyone as I had the worst dental experience ever. Ankur Khanna, apart from not having enough work experience (just 2 years), also lacks empathy & courtesy. I had a simple filling done by him on the 14th September 2020 & had continued pain thereafter. Requested to get my filling checked and corrected, waited a week and after bearing pain for almost a week Korkis played around with my tooth, grinded natural tooth in order to make adjustment but still didn't... read more
DO NOT GO HERE. I understand you see several great ratings and think this place can’t be that bad. That is the furthest from the truth. STAY away. The customer service is terrible and the office is so inexperienced. Worst dental experience ever!!
I've put off writing this as it cannot be short - but after seeing my wonderful periodontist, I'm reminded of how awful my experience was with the Dental Salon (an appropriate name as the place is all about looks). I ended up at DS when I selected a cheaper dental policy through my employer.
