I've been going to the dental salon since 2011 or 2012. My last experience was horrible. I told ************ how I felt and he showed no compassion. I drive all the way from ****** to see this man. He prepped me for 2 crowns. I was in so much pain, went to urgent care 2x called his office over and over and was told to use a special mouthwash. i had a filling done with dental salon **********. then I received note that dental salon is not taking the insurance anymore. So, I went to another dentist. New dentist pointed out that I need filling done after i took x-ray and oral examination. Turns out it's the same tooth I had a filling done a few months ago. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not giving any stars because it does not deserve.Doctor ******************* and assistants doesn't know anything and doesn't any have good experience. Simply taking the x-rays to **** to the insurance and try to send the patience without cleaning and treatment due to their inexperience. Please don't visit Dental Salon to waste your time and money. Such a clean, modern and professional office with state of the art instruments. All the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Groh answered all my questions and took her time to listen to me and address any concerns. The dental assistant Gabriela was also superb! I walked out very pleased and happy I chose Salon Dental Chicago as my new place of dentistry.
My experience with my deep cleaning was excellent. Doctor took his time and made sure you where ok.
