I went in tonight with myself and my two children (1.5 and 4 year olds) we all had appointments but mine wa a first and my husband was not off of work yet and hasn’t arrived for his appointment either. The staff was so kind they offered coloring stuff, to put something on the tv, even offered to watch my kids while I got my teeth cleaned. I've been going to Webster for several years now; my recent visit was for my end of year cleaning. From the moment I walked through the doors, I never thought a visit at this time due to Covid restrictions was a bad idea or that me health could be compromised. From the start, when the health screener who greeted me at the door to ensure I was wearing a mask, took my temperature and confirmed my overall well being. Very pleased with my appointment, did more than I thought would be done!
I’ve been coming here for a while but this was my first during the Covid period. I felt very comfortable throughout and the dental hygienist and dentist were both very professional. Nina (I believe was her name) was awesome and made my visit very comfortable.
My experience was perfect, as it always is. The people are courteous and competent. I would never go anywhere else.
