I've been coming to Webster Dental for over 10 years. The team at Webster is always warm and inviting. I know a lot of us dread going to the dentist but I can honestly say that my experience here has always been a good one.
I am a longtime patient at Webster; ever since they opened the Hoffman Estates location. The people make you feel like family. Juliya, Barb, Dr Nemanich, Dr Jermanus etc.; all are excellent! They all truly care about you and do the very best they can for you. Painless and professional, and at the same time very personal. They don’t just tell you what has to be done. They listen to your fears and concerns and offer alternatives.
I had an excellent experience today with the hygienist and the dentist. Both were very sensitive to my issues. Covid sanitation protocols were in place. Office personnel were friendly and professional.
Deep cleaning was perfect. I feel as if charged with 8 essential vitamins and minerals. I'll be back in 6 months!
Juliya does a great job and is so pleasant to deal with. I drive further to stick with her!
My visit was for a toothache so it was not scheduled previously. Fortunately Dr Kauffman was able to see me and provide good care. I thank her for her good care.
