Consistently excellent customer service My family and I have been coming to Webster in Lincoln Park for several years now. We love the dentists, the hygienists and the orthodontist! Everyone is helpful, friendly, thorough, and very thoughtful about individual needs. BUT, this review is about the front desk staff, particularly Emma Mason. Have been a patient for years. Even after I moved from the area I still make the trip to continue my ongoing dental care. The staff is always kind and considerate of your needs and they are very thorough. They really seem to keep up on the latest methods and practices giving me confidence I'm getting the best care possible.
When most of us go to the dentist, were in a bit of pain. I have been using Webster Dental Care for over 10 years. The work they do is correct the first time. They are personable and professional. I highly recommend.
