I like the fact that I'm treated as a person and not just a patient. I appreciated that in my medical file you had also noted my child's age. It was a nice touch being asked how he's doing and even nicer to being given a toothbrush to take home for him in addition to one for me.

Mr. Appointments are always on time, the personnel are hi-tech, and complete in every detail. No one seems hurried, they always take time to do everything right. Also, I've never been persuaded to get services I didn't want or need. I trust them completely.
