Great customer service and the girls are great❤️
I was offered appointment asap. Was treated nicely by the reception staff, dental assistant was knowledgeable and friendly as well as the Dentist. He offered choices and was honest with procedures. Treatment plan and payment plan given and was not rushed to make decision.
I am glad I picked the right doctor for my kids. He is very good and takes great care. The ladies at the desk and the nurses are very sweet and helpful..
I been going to this location for 7years even though it's so far from where I live ! The staff are so friendly and they always have a smiley face they know me by name they will take time To answer any questions I have! Dr. Joseph Akhikar Is my favorite doctor ❤️😘

I finally found a hygienist that does an amazing job on my teeth! Rita is amazing!
Let me start off by saying Rita is the best! She super friendly and makes my experience comfortable and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Poles and staff.
The office staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were also understanding and willing to work with you, regarding scheduling and explaining options. Dr was kind and very knowledgeable and professional. Overall experience was great, found my new office.
A great experience front desk very friendly and helpful they make sure you feel comfortable and foucus on the individual which I taught was great if ur feeling unsure or just a lil scared.and once I sat down in the back there wasn’t a wait got going right away ask if I had any question and made me feel involved in my decision and choices and did a great job of explaining my options,never felt pressured or corsed and Nahrain did a wonder job.i would definitely recommend and I will be back.
