The office staff and dental hygienists are all excellent. I am leaving 3 stars because I had to have a procedure done that required a periodontist, and Dr. Hemmatian recommended someone who was not under my insurance. I have had this procedure before, and this was also the case at my previous dentist office. However, at my previous dentist office, the referred periodontist was registered with Delta Dental, therefore I was still able to submit a claim and get some reimbursement. Kind, professional, and really makes you feel cared for and everything is explained really well. Dr. H always made me feel like I was in competent hands and the staff are friendly. I've had my share of bad dental experiences and this was not that!! Def recommend Dr. H and the staff there!
I have been coming here for years now and really appreciate the wonderful staff and dentists! I recently visited for my jaw pain issue. I have a horrible clenching/grinding problem. While nightguards and invisilign have helped...the clenching was really causing persistent jaw pain. During my last visit, Dr. Hong recommended the use of botox in the masster muscle to help relax the muscle so I would be less proned to clenching.
