I have a bad tooth infection and a huge fear of dentistry. The first procedure yesterday with Dr. Eid and her patient assistants went way better than I ever thought possible. I was recently a patient of Dental Place of Plano, Dr. Eid was the attending DDS, the quality of service provided was beyond expectation, if you are looking for quality, care and customer satisfaction look no further. Absolutely a great dental office from the staff to the Dr., they take care of you from beginning to end.
My kids 9yrs and 6 yrs loved the royalty treatment they received. Their prices are reasonable, treatment well explained and most importantly, it was refreshing hearing Dr.Eid say " this treatment can wait" I am drafting my goodbye letter to my dentist.
I never leave reviews but I have to acknowledge the staff at Dental Place of Plano. Before I started going to Dental Place of Plano I hated going to dentist but now I absolutely love it. The entire staff makes sure you are well taken care of, understand everything that is going on and they always have a smile on their face :) Cant wait for my next visit!
Locating the "Dental Place of Plano" was super easy! The Front Desk staff was very cordial,friendly and professional. Our wait time was zero. The preparations to see Dr. Juma was done accordingly. Dr. Juma was very thorough and meticulous with process and patiently explained everything very clearly. Overall, the whole staff and equipment used was above par...I highly recommend " Dental Place of Plano" and apparently they have a number of many other locations in the DFW area....😍😍😍
