Front desk staff is very unfriendly, wait times are the worst I've ever experienced for a dental facility. Dental hygienist are NOT thorough! Safety procedures were NOT followed properly.

I went here for the first time several months ago. The dentist was honest and provided advice that required no further treatment, which I was very grateful for. Their receptionist, however, was awful. I had an appointment and ended up waiting over an hour. I couldn't find my dental insurance card so I ended up just paying cash for the visit. Shortly afterwards I was able to get a copy of my insurance from HR (while I was still there) and provided her with that, asked if I could get refunded the difference from the cash I pai... read more
