Dr. Lin talked to me about my problem areas. He said he could extract teeth 4 and 5, but he could not deal with the major bone loss. He advised me to get an appointment with Dr. Z and an oral surgeon.
Great staff and excellent work.h
The front desk customer service here makes every visit stressful. A receptionist named Maria (with reddish hair) is consistently rude and snarky. I have noticed her using an unfriendly tone with me and other patients during my past few visits. It is highly unprofessional and makes me want to switch clinics.It is a real shame because the dentist and hygienist are friendly. I was treated like a family by my previous dentist and his office staff. The only reason I switched is because of my insurance.
Dental one associates of Woodbridge should be 10 stars staff friendly and caring and especially Sam who always takes care of myself is a professional great cleaning and does a wonderful job and very knowledgeable about her work 20 stars for Sam always looking forward to go when it's my time this is one place i would recommend to everyone!!
