Today 4/9/13 was a horrible experience with Dental One in Vinton La. I wanted to try this place because they were less expensive than other places. They kept me and the lady that was behind me waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. No one informed us it would be a long wait or offered to reschedule. When I finally get in they take x-rays but the dentist could not find the problem. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
