I recently switched to Dental One because my former dentist quit taking Delta Dental for full payment she wanted more money. I felt like a customer instead of a patient. Dr. Roach and staff made my first two visit there very pleasant. They took the time to explain things and the procedures were as comfortable as a visit to the dentist can be.
RecommendedWhat can I honestly say... the staff there are all the best. All super kind, patient and understanding/sensitive to my (unfortunate) situation. Everyone is completely judge free. It's been an extremely pleasant experience, especially for once knowing I can walk in somewhere and not feel ashamed to talk. Thank you to all of the staff at Dental1. 😁

Dr. Alex Roach did a crown procedure 3 mos ago and yesterday after dinner while flossing it fell out. My experience then was not pleasurable and it wasn't too much better today. I expressed that they're about the business of money and not customer service to the doctor and the staff. I am very disappointed with Dental 1 and will reach out to my insurance company to report their practices.
It is a total scam and you it is very hard to get removed from their billing once they have a credit card number. I would advise if you want to join to pay by check. In addition, you can probably get the same discount if you work with the dentist rather than paying this fee.
Dr. Ben is phenomenal! I had an accident and had to have a crown put in. He did a great job!
These guys are super nice and always concerned about your comfort!!
Dr Bruce is just amazing. Always feared the dentist until I let him work on me. He is the only dentist that can give me a painless shot in the front teeth and a totally painless root canal. Love this dentist and the entire staff.
