I have been with Dr. Mai for 20+ years. I have my whole family with her too (husband and three kiddos), and I couldn’t imagine a better place to go for myself or to bring my kids. She is the best of the best and more and always seeks to employ the best team too! She is literally 1000 stars, but they only let me put five here! Trust is huge in dental care and overall health. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Plus she is an incredible person all around.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This woman is not very nice to patients or coworkers. She reprimanded a worker in front of a patient which should never be done. She needs to realize people that are on Government insurance plans provided by ODSP are not on the program because they want to be. She tries to upsell these patients giving them a choice of bowing to her demands, eating or finding another dentist.
