Everyone which includes Dr.Joel Glicksman and his two assistants were fantastic. They were all very comforting and reassuring.
Everything was great
As a Miami resident I am used to bad customer service and have come to expect it. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised by not only the professionalism of the dental care group staff (I.e. April, Katherine, Marlene, and Dr. Coussa) but also the kindness and genuineness that those I just named displayed so readily. I will recommend Dr. Coussa to everyone that I know because of my experience. A huge bonus is that their technology seems to be top tier as well! Donna is an expert in everything -technically, and customer relations. Couldn't ask for anyone better. She is also always on time, which I really appreciate. Front desk is pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
