Better explanation of insurance coverage/deductable Better explanation of insurance coverage/deductable. I went in thinking I was going to pay a certain amount then had to pay more after the visit. The additional charges should have been explained before the procedure, not afterwards.

I had a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Rivas was nice and gentle with my teeth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr.Rivas explained everything that was going on and why he was going to do during the procedure. The environment was nice and clean. I definitely will be back again!
