12/5/24 Woke up with an alarmingly swollen cheek on Monday, and I rushed to Dental Odyssey. The receptionist and Elsa were very kind to me regardless of my extremely deformed face. Dr. Munoz was quick with his check up and prescription. I had my follow up and extraction today. They were very understanding and patient with my nervousness and made me feel comfortable. The staff there are delightful, endearing, welcoming, and caring, with excellent treatment. One of the few offices that can make me say, "I don't mind going to the dentists."
Sure, they see you quickly but the service is terrible. The dentist is in and out with little feedback. The assistant was NOT draining the liquid in my mouth while the dentist worked so I had it ALL over my face, neck, and body. Never going back.
