Dr. Jacab's practice is truly a modern dental clinic unto itself. Varied levels of staff members, all knowledgeable & courteous, provide care and assistance sequentially. Diagnostics prudently are overlapped between staff members, offering highest level of thoroughness, with good explanation to patient Cleanliness, aesthetics and equipment are top-notch, as well.
Very thorough dentist apt with attention to other dental matters that needed to be addressed as well as my main reason for making an appt...fractured crown. Everyone in the office is pleasant including Jill and Geri up front, making me feel comfortable as possible during my visit.
Dr Jacob is amazing, he had an excellent bedside manor He did so much work to get my mouth healthy again and he put me at such ease. Jill was his right hand woman for all my work and she was a peach. I love how easy going the office is. Jill knew I was very nervous and chatted with me, made me laugh when I was cranky and panicking. Arlene gave me the BEST cleaning Ive EVER had. She gave me excellent tips on caring for my bridge and showed me how to clean it properly. Love the front office ladies
Very professional dr&staff.never had any issues & very pleased.Kelly his main assistant has excellent work ethic,care,& communication skills.she goes above and beyond when I'm in her care.Kelly and the doctor make a fantastic team together and I want no other duo working on my major work.I have had a few troublesome teeth and they took care of business.I would recommend any1 there and have with friends and fam.The other employees have been excellent as well and are always on top of things!!
As a new patient who has had much dental work in the past, I cannot say enough nice comments about the entire staff. Arlene was the hygienist who was so nice, comforting, extremely professional and knowledgeable, the best. Dr Jacob introduced himself to me and I found him to be likeable, professional and caring as well. I will refer my family and friends to this dental office happily.
I will start by saying, I have been petrified of dentists my entire life, after my first visit in this office, I was relaxed and at ease and have felt comfortable going back for my procedures. Dr. Jacob, himself spends very adequate time with each patient and is very detail oriented. Each member of the staff, and the office staff, are extremely polite, warm and very personable. They cover everything, and don't mind having casual conversation. I will continue to visit this office!!!

Excellent Professional Staff, warm, super friendly, & very helpful! Dr Jacob is super sincere, very knowledgeable, concerned about his patients. His Palm Coast team is outstanding and would recommend highly!!
I moved to Palm Coast 2 years ago, and I went to another dentist but was not pleased. I finally found a great dentist and also recommend him to others. You will not be disappointed bc he is really great. I also like to say that the hygienist that does the cleaning does a wonderful job!!!!
