On my first visit, a consultation, Dr Jacob said that I needed a deep cleaning & I would have to pay a few hundred dollars out of pocket for it. I thought it was odd since I faithfully go to the dentist every 6 months & never had to have a special, deep cleaning. Visited this practice for about two years mainly for cleaning as I had no issues with my teeth. Finally they recommended that I replace a crown that I had for five years that had not bothered me at all . They removed it and had me wait ten painful days to replace it. During those ten days the pain was terrible and an infection was the cause . I had to go on antibiotics and get a root canal so as not to loose the tooth. Flip a coin. My husband had a good experience so I went there. My first visit was great. Each visit got progressively concerning as they pressured me to have more work done that I did not feel was necessary (like replacing an existing crown that was giving me no problems or pain). Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but I feel that a couple people involved in the front end are on commission since they're always trying to get you to schedule additional services and procedure "upgrades" that aren't necessarily cov... read more
Don't do it. After getting talked into Joining the "In house Dental Plan" which was suppose to save me money, I spent $1,500 on a terrible cleaning, a Crown that feel off a year later, also had a little chip in front tooth filled Feel off a month later, Terrible Service. Waste of time and money.
Dr.Jacob & Staff would be one of those office's, that sadly in today's world are HARD to find! They all are professional, caring, actually LOVE what what they! It shows in the work they produce!
Excellent, thorough dentist. He did a very careful exam and explained everything to me. All staff is helpful, kind, and professional. As a new patient, I am so glad to have found this dental office. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Today was my first visit to Dr. Jacob's office. Dacia and Dr. Jacob made my experience very pleasant. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Also, the cleaning and exam were thorough and I was given easy to understand explanations of my dental health.
Dr. Jacob is Great, very thorough explaining my work. Shannon also was super helpful answering my questions about money and making things possible.Definitely recommend this office I'm super impressed!
The assistant Kelly was very professional and pleasant to talk with while she completed my x-rays. She also answered other questions that I had for her. Dr. Jacobs was very pleasant and took all the time that I needed to understand what had happened to my tooth and how we could remedy the problem. He answered all my questions. The staff then prepared an estimate of all the dental work that I would need now and in the near future. Everyone in the office made me feel at ease and welcomed.
