Husband and I make our appointments together. Dr Lucas seemed very indecisive regarding whether to do fillings or crowns for myself. He struggled with whether he could fill front teeth and keep them dry enough. Pushes fluoride even after wishes made known to not get fluoride. They couldn't seem to get scheduling straight. They were friendly enough but friendly coupled with unprofessional and messing up our appointments does not make a good office. Very unhappy with there customer service aspect, they said they would work with us on payments, as my fiancé has severe pain and in need of a root canal, we were referred to them, but after the both of s taking the day off of work for this and wasting our time and going in they decided then to tell us they could not help us without at least half of the payment right there, a little communication ad better service could have saved us both sow time and money
