I was all prepared to have an implant for my front tooth at a dentist in Port Macquarie, but after a traumatic extraction and attempted drilling in my upper jaw I was told I didn’t have enough jawbone. Really great experience with Dr Eric, he's explaining the whole procedure and takes time to listen what you have to say and really seems to care for the patients. The front staff was also lovely, overall an amazing experience !
There was a nurse named Maddy that was very unprofessional and rude to me, I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me and to the other nurses she seem to be off in her own world and so slow at her job she also made me bleed in the mouth and she did not apologise or admit she was very rough. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on other than that lady and the bleeding everyone else was lovely.

Absolutely great experience with Arthur Street Dental, from the initial interaction with the front desk staff through to seeing Dr Eric. Highly recommend seeing this practice, Dr Eric explained everything to me in thorough detail and made sure I was comfortable and understood my situation before leaving the practice.
