I can't think of anything major to improve, beyond two small things: 1. The lead aprons are too short - they don't reach all the way to cover both the throat and the groin area. It's easy to say that it doesn't really need to be protected down there but it's still worrisome, so for piece of mind it would be much better to get a longer lead apron that will cover the torso of someone 6+ feet tall. 2. It might be cool to be able to see a video of major procedures. But I can understand how that could be problematic.

Dr. Keith explained every process thoroughly, prior to and during the procedure. During the procedure, he had me rest my jaw frequently - there was no soreness at all afterwards. I was able to inform him of this when he called later in the evening to check up on me. Best of all, he did not ask questions as he was working in my mouth.

Like many people, I have always been fearful of dental work. However, my experiences with the Implant Center has completly erased any fear or nervousness. Dr Keith takes time to explaine proceedures and expectations. The staff as well as Dr Keith have made patient comfort a priority. I also like the fact that they practice on models of my mouth before proceedures. "Practice makes perfect." And another way to insure patient comfort, both mental anf physical.

I'm very pleased with the quality of care at the office. However, once again, I had to wait about 20-25 minutes to be seen for a cleaning. It seems just about every time I come in for a cleaning there is a delay. I am usually told, "Sorry but she is running behind." I rush out of my office to be on time as I respect your staff's time. I understand delays happen but it seems to be a frequent problem -- at least with a cleaning appointment. I have been very pleased with Doctor Keith. It was very nerve-racking leaving my doctors on the east coast and finding new ones here but feel as though I am in excellent hands. Everyone in the office is exceptionally kind.
