Everything was totally professional...
I would have appreciated that the payment requirements would have been disclosed when the appointment was made. I am normally use to having the insurance being billed & then paying the balance due or paying the difference up front of what the estimate of what insurance payment would be. Have no problem paying as required but really don't like surprises!

Your office doesn't need to make any changes: It's as close to perfect as is humanely possible in every aspect and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I drive 35 miles from home because you're the most honest & best in the business, especially for cosmetic dentistry.
This office has the best customer service of any business I've ever set foot in.
