Rhonda has been my hygenist?, for a long time. She is great, and I hope she doesn't retire for a long time, for my sake!
I met with Dr Kaines on Monday, 09/12/16 to obtain a second opinion on a somewhat complex dental plan. His review of the plan was most thorough and provided a clear understanding of the advantages and concerns associated with the options available. As a result of this review, he recommended an alternative plan that I am seriously considering.

I came in for a 6 month check up and cleaning today. Dental Hygienist Amber has been providing services to me for years now and i am very gad! Amber is very thorough, professional and helpful. She has an inviting manner and it is obvious that she really enjoys her work, including all of the state of the art tools she has been trained to use with care. I consider Amber as an important asset in the Spring Creek Dental practice.

Today I went in for a regular cleaning and the lady cleaning my teeth said that I needed some X-rays. I thought that wasn't anything out of the ordinary. After the cleaning which was pleasant and quick, I went to check out and had a fee off $50. I was never told I was getting extra X-rays that my insurance wasn't going to cover or why I was even getting extra X-rays in the first place. This made me very mad and put on the spot. I had to pay the $50, but if they would have told me I would have had to pay a fee for these X-ray... read more
I always get prime service. Especially the crown I finally allowed to be installed--and my worst fears did not come to pass. It fits fine and does not collect food, etc. which I had imagined.
