I had my initial appointment with Dr. Cosper this week and you need to know I was beyond happy. From the minute I walked through the door, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The girls at the front desk are amazing! I came in very reticent because I have had some horrible dental experiences in my past. I have longed for a dentist who takes a conservative approach and doesn't guilt you into so much treatment you need to take a second mortgage out just to pay for it. I have been a patient of the Spring Creek Dental office for many, many years. Dr Kaines is an outstanding professional and they are all very caring and helpful. My hygienist Amber is kind and knowledgeable, and they all make you forget that you are at the dentist office!
I come here regularly and today I was running late due to traffic, they were still able to see me. The office staff is friendly and professional. They do what is required and offer treatment plans for problems rather than expensive procedures first to see if there is a better way to handle the problem. My pocketbook and I appreciate that very much!
