Yamilka Serrano and her team are racist, engage in neglectful activities, and will put "patients" through a tremendous amount of effort to be able to conduct frivolous and/or unneeded services that may be billed for fraud purposes. They will accept patients are a comprehensive application process just to get them to the office, bill for services, and tell the patient they cannot get services at the office.
