I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
