Honestly the worst customer service from the front desk. Got nothing but attitude and insults from some lady this morning at 1030 that wouldn’t tell me her name. Yesterday she was saying my insurance wouldn’t cover it without even putting it through and when I said it will and I got more attitude and basically was called stupid. Then I get a call this morning telling me it’s not going to be covered again because it costs too much , again not knowing I get covered for 3000 a year.
