No one ever answers the phone. Had to make an appt via text. Then when I went, they did not clean my teeth and told me to come back after they checked my insurance. Waited two days for a call back for appt. I called and no one picked up. Texted and got told they would get back to me. Plus the dentist never introduced himself. I had to ask who he was. Very poor customer service.

Do not go there ! I called to schedule an appointment for my son and I. The manager Shana is the one who answered the Phone and she was very rude. I stopped by after work and asked for the number to corporate I was given the wrong number but I still got in contact with someone. Very unprofessional, rude and ghetto GOSOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The experience was great the dr and associates are very nice and they talk to you and tells you everything there doing
Go ANYWHERE else. My children’s nanny went today for 2 crowns... not only are they 2 different colors but they aren’t the same size. And Dr. Elon justifies his by saying “ well your teeth are supposed to be two different sizes.” Run.
Worse experience at a dentist I ever had . The dentist barely looked at my teeth. They messed up our appointments & then said a 30 min wait for a cleaning after already being there an hour .
Forgot his name but the male hygienist is great.
Dr Elisha was great. Hre made me feel comfortable eventho I was a nervous wreck. Xray tech Gigi was a sweetie. EVERYONE in the office was friendly. i will definitely be returning to this office.
