This has got to be the worst unprofessional dentist office ever. I started my annoying journey with this office back on may 1 2015 it's july 8 2015 and my problem still exists. I use to go here as a kid so I thought I was familiar with the practice, but boy was I wrong. I went there because I just recently came back to the area, and the first time I went back I was in Irvington so I asked the receptionist about my situation and she advised me to make an appointment so I did. I am writing to draw attention to an episode,that happened to my daughter on April,21,2015.Elaine is the student of Montgomery High School,8 consecutive years champion of Special Olympics of NJ and National,devoted volunteer in University Princeton Hospital of Plainsboro. She is High functioning autistic and in her teacher words is best dressed and groomed in school. I was not impressed with this office. It needs to be cleaned up. A dentist office should clean. The toilet facilities were not working and I had to inform the front desk that the toilet was broke. The trash cans were over flowing. Please clean this office.

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does the provider's staff try to be helpful? Yes Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Always Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Absolutely Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

Paid a lot of money for an implant that, it turns out, was not properly anchored. Tooth was always loose and never fit properly. After claiming the he needed to charge me more, dentist told me to come back when it falls out because he did not want to destroy the tooth. Stupid me. By the time the tooth fell out, dentist left the Hamilton facility. I was told the he worked elsewhere and that I would have to travel a considerable distance to rectify the situation. Stupid me.
