Today I was where my 3-year-old son's dentist took him for his first check-up and it was the worst experience of our lives. The dentist's assistant asked me to sit him on my legs and put my legs on his little legs and hug him very strong to immobilize his arms and this assistant opened his small mouth with force to put a liquid with the machine. The dentists did not put my temporary crown in place correctly, so it fell out. I was pleased that they were able to fit me in at 10:00 am. However, even though I arrived before 10, I had to wait in the waiting room for ONE HOUR AND 51 MINUTES! Once a dentist finally sees me, she discovers that the crown will not be able to be secured, so she gives me a temporary filling. It was temporary, that's for sure. it fell out less than 15 minutes later, and I didn't even eat or drink anything.

Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Mostly Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Absolutely Did you think that this provider was thorough with you during your appointment? Yes
