Every time I'm put on hold here I do not have to wait long for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was ok with their phone etiquette. It's been a while but when I was there last the restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They had toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It never smells in thi... read more

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Are you going to visit this provider again?
