Moved here about 4 months ago and scheduled an overdue appointment when I noticed a problem area. First and foremost, the practice got me in for consult/ pictures/ cleaning and exam on the SAME DAY! This is unheard of and exceptional in my book. I was going to need a filling. I was immediately nervous having had several difficult dental procedures in the past (even simple fillings.) Theres no pain involved and sensitive to your needs
Oh my word! I can't say enough good things about the dentists, hygienists and office staff at Dental Health Associates. They are worth my 45-minute drive. I was able to see Dr. Bowman and met Dr. Huntzinger! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable on my visit this afternoon.
I recommend Dental Health Associates to everyone I know. I have moved my entire family to Dental Health Associates (except my husband who has been with his own dentist for 30+ years). They are so friendly and caring. They put you at ease and talk to you and make sure you are comfortable with everything they are doing. Most importantly, they make you feel appreciated. They are an excellent example of how healthcare should be! I can't believe that I no longer mind going to the dentist.
The entire staff, and administrative assistants (those with whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working) have always been very professional and pleasant to me. As a (retired) practitioner in an allied health field, I recognize that a patient/practitioner relationship is very important and can be influenced greatly by the support of his or her office personnel. Dr. Huntzinger has this to his credit! I recommend this practice to all who appreciate professionalism and satisfaction.
We are open 8-8 mon - thur Friday 8-4 and every other sat 8:30-1 with 24 hour emergency line we are easy to reach... doc bill
They have a phony emergency number that disconnects you, and after telling them about it, they ignore you, so who wants a dentist with such a disconnect? They use messaging and social media to reach you, but do not reply to you unless you call them on the phone during business hours. Yet they feel free to connect with you on a one-way basis, only.
