The clinic is very clean, pleasant professional staff upon entering. My Hygenist Hailley does a great job working around some sensitive areas during my cleaning.
For starters, the physical space is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and patient-friendly. The staff are friendly and very helpful as well. I had a question about payment method because of change in my health plan and the staff calmly worked until they had a complete answer to my question. My hygenist was top notch: friendly, reassuring, and supremely professional. The same held true for my dentist. Patient-centered and thorough in explanation of my dental condition and options.
I have been going here for 20 years and they have just started rescheduling every appointment I make. It leads to customer confusion and missed appointments.
