The dentists did not put my temporary crown in place correctly, so it fell out. I was pleased that they were able to fit me in at 10:00 am. However, even though I arrived before 10, I had to wait in the waiting room for ONE HOUR AND 51 MINUTES! Once a dentist finally sees me, she discovers that the crown will not be able to be secured, so she gives me a temporary filling. It was temporary, that's for sure. it fell out less than 15 minutes later, and I didn't even eat or drink anything.

I was not impressed with this office. It needs to be cleaned up. A dentist office should clean. The toilet facilities were not working and I had to inform the front desk that the toilet was broke. The trash cans were over flowing. Please clean this office.

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does the provider's staff try to be helpful? Yes Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Always Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Absolutely Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

Paid a lot of money for an implant that, it turns out, was not properly anchored. Tooth was always loose and never fit properly. After claiming the he needed to charge me more, dentist told me to come back when it falls out because he did not want to destroy the tooth. Stupid me. By the time the tooth fell out, dentist left the Hamilton facility. I was told the he worked elsewhere and that I would have to travel a considerable distance to rectify the situation. Stupid me. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy
